My car battery went dead, I called Mike Murphy the same day, then jumped my car the next morning to make it to the dealership. While a line was forming right at the opening hour, a service employee got a b day, then jumped my car the next morning to make it to the dealership. While a line was forming right at the opening hour, a service employee got a battery and came out to my car, replaced it, charged me and I was back on my way home in about 15-20 minutes. Excellent, timely service! More

I didn’t receive any updates. I called the service department twice for updates and had to go in person twice for updates. They had my car for a total of 3 days.
