2020 F350 Diesel Dually 30k miles. I made an appointment for my recall, a couple weeks out, short staffed. That’s fine it’s my spare vehicle. A couple days prior I added 2 things while I made an appointment for my recall, a couple weeks out, short staffed. That’s fine it’s my spare vehicle. A couple days prior I added 2 things while they had it. Check 3 tires as they were losing air, 10 lbs a week since I bought it about 4 months ago. A couple tires needed air when I test drive it. I also added, door code, Ford Factory Code. The money I spent, I should have never had tire problems and the factory code should have been supplied at sale. I didn’t know? The dealer had my truck a little over a week. Again which is fine and it’s my spare vehicle and I told them that. They took care of my recall, supplied the factory code and my tires. They replaced all 6 valve stems, plugged 1 tire (nail), replaced 2 lug nuts and rebalanced 1 tire. They went above and beyond after the sale but their pre-inspection should have caught it. That’s why I rated the dealer 4/5 stars. For 4 months myself (the customer) has been filling up 3 tires weekly-biweekly. I was reading the manual and found out about the Factory Code. Googled and YouTubed it several times trying to get the code with no results. More
