I went in because Ford tech support was insistent that I must get the newest version of SYNC updated to solve all of my problems, turns out they had no clue what they where talking about but the guys at Cap must get the newest version of SYNC updated to solve all of my problems, turns out they had no clue what they where talking about but the guys at Capitol City helped me figure everything out and Michael even got my Ford app reset for me. Thank you guys!! More

Over priced and incompetent. The parts were twice as much as I could have brought them elsewhere. The labor charged was more than flat rate.
