Finding two hose caps left off and seeing fingerprints and marks from dirty hands on your vehicle’s paint is not the level of care we expect from our team. We’re also sorry to hear about your experience with our Parts Department. We understand how frustrating it is when you’re looking for assistance ordering a specific Toyota part and are simply directed online, especially when you later find the part elsewhere for significantly less.
