I especially appreciate his honesty. My original appointment included a transmission service (100,000 plus mile vehicle) when I was booking it in advance through the call center. Two day later, Bryce emailed me to advise that he had reviewed all the records on that particular vehicle and a complete transmission service was already performed almost 2 years ago. He could have easily charged me for a transmission service that I did not need; what a genuinely honest person". Have a great day!! More
