The final paperwork givennto me helps me to have work done on a timely basis. I have just dropped in at times to meet at Toyota before going on a long trip just for safety check and they always accommodate me so that I feel comfortable and safe while driving . ps. this format does not alowe me to go back to correct typing errors without deleting some typing first, so forgive any errors like “meet at” where Maita should be.in above ‘just dropped in’ sentence! thx More

It was clear he took the time to listen to the issue and concerns and proceeded accordingly. Although our car's issue still remains somewhat a mystery, it was clear Bryce made every effort with his team to try to diagnose the issue. Happy with him and have been going to Maita for many years as it's typically NOT been a painful experience. Not so happy with the 4Runner. More

The UN at Maita Toyota of Sacramento, California! What a great experience doing business with Maita Toyota, and its personnel representing the UN! My main sales person was Tim Vang, a Hmong by ethnic What a great experience doing business with Maita Toyota, and its personnel representing the UN! My main sales person was Tim Vang, a Hmong by ethnicity, a very professional, and knowledgeable rep who knew the nuances in dealing with Asians, and generational gaps which we were a part of. Chay Kuo, a Chinese, was also was part of the transaction. The attending sales manager was an understanding "grandpapa", and patient man from Iran, who provided many answers to our concerns. The Service Dept. reps B. Shibata (Japanese), and Steve Morris (Canadian?) also took part in our decision making. All in all, it was a great pleasure in dealing with such diversity, and the feeling of "family" at Maita Toyota! Thanks much, Maita!!! More
