I believed I was taken advantage of since the cost of calipers was $1000 so I declined to pay this price. Afterwards, I drove away without hearing my brakes squeak. The only reason I got an update about my car was because I texted the dealer. They never called. It was also my 2nd trip in 2 weeks and I was told they had to rediagnose the issue. New computer system had me waiting to check in for over 40 minutes. Then I received a text to replace air filters but since I did not see or know they did not do it and I after I approved via text because 40 minutes. Then I received a text to replace air filters but since I did not see or know they did not do it and I after I approved via text because I did not respond soon enough. Company's should not take customer service out of play when implementing technology that is all electronic to the customer. IT IS STILL OK TO TALK TO THE CUSTOMER! The manager was nice enough to call me back about my concerns, even though I will need another trip to the service department. More
