I believed I was taken advantage of since the cost of calipers was $1000 so I declined to pay this price. Afterwards, I drove away without hearing my brakes squeak. The only reason I got an update about my car was because I texted the dealer. They never called. It was also my 2nd trip in 2 weeks and I was told they had to rediagnose the issue. Toyota needs to do a bett I texted the dealer. They never called. It was also my 2nd trip in 2 weeks and I was told they had to rediagnose the issue. Toyota needs to do a better job of keeping notes that are easily transferable. More
