New computer system had me waiting to check in for over 40 minutes. Then I received a text to replace air filters but since I did not see or know they did not do it and I after I approved via text because 40 minutes. Very bad experience dealing with the service advisors at this dealership. Took a whole month to get my part ordered since at first the advisor (Emilio Maltos) never ordered the part on my first interaction this dealership.
