Charlie’s detailed knowledge of and obviously extensive experience with auto retail (particularly Honda) facilitated each step of my customer-dealership relationship. Both Charlie and Alex engaged themselves as work-place peers; and, cordially as well as professionally treated me with the same reassuring respect the two of them displayed in their own interactions. i.e. “I was a Player.” Both of these pro’s would be genuine assets to anyone’s new car search. I strongly recommend visiting their dealership near Clinton, NJ. More

Worked Late to finish deal for two cars Budd Metz and the John Butto from the business team worked with me very late on a Saturday until 7:30 to finish deals on two cars. One was a complica Budd Metz and the John Butto from the business team worked with me very late on a Saturday until 7:30 to finish deals on two cars. One was a complicated (to me) lease and the other was purchase. Bud and John were patient and detailed to make sure everything was done as best as possible. When insurance companies were closed for the day, they arranged temporary insurance so we could finish the deal. The people who detailed the cars did a good job on special requests we made. Everyone really found ways to be flexible to make sure we could successfully finish even at that late hour. More

We saw an Odyssey on their web page that interested us and looked at the Pilot as well. He took us for a test drive in both vehicles (long drive). We liked both but chose the vehicle with the lowest mileage and lower price that met our budget. No pressure to buy the more upscale model. Very knowledgeable of both cars shown to us. John Butto explained some optional extended warranties which was very informative. Again, no pressure to buy. We chose one of the offered options as we tend to keep our vehicles 8-10 years. More
