Hi Shawn, the payoff that you signed off on stated that we have up to 20 days. This allows the dealership enough time to process the paperwork, cut a check and get the payoff to the bank / loaner. Our records show that you purchased your new vehicle on September 22 and that the payoff was made on October 4 (which was yesterday, and 12 days since purchase). If you did in fact make any additional payments since then, then they should refund that payment to you because we paid off what was owed as of 9/22/2021. Please let us know if there’s anything else that we can do to help! Thanks!
