Hi Rose, We sent an email on 10/5 to the email address that you provided and we also responded privately to this review on 10/5. But we never heard back from you. The email context is below: I am reaching out to you regarding the review that you left about Ganley Ford. I do have copies of the service inspection that was done to your vehicle prior to purchase and I've looked over the records from your service visit as well. Our records show that you brought in your vehicle on September 16 with a complaint that your vehicle was pulling from a possible off alignment and/or issue with the tires. We provided an alignment and suggested new tires. I do not see any notes regarding any issues with the brake pads or a purchase of brake pads, so was that done somewhere else? According to the vehicle service inspection that was performed on September 1, the brakes on your vehicle had ratings of 6-8, and we do not recommend needing replacements at those numbers. So if you could please give me more information regarding the brake pads, I can then further look into possible resolutions.
