Friendly, informative, flexible. Driving across the country to start a new job in California, I had a road debris accident that totaled my beloved 2004 Forester XT. While I was stranded in Tucson wait country to start a new job in California, I had a road debris accident that totaled my beloved 2004 Forester XT. While I was stranded in Tucson waiting for the insurance company to work things out, I decided to just buy (finance) a new Subaru and get to my new job on time. I have owned several Subarus before, so I took a quick look at some other vehicles I like but decided to stick with Subaru. However, I really had no idea if I was going to buy new, used, Outback or Forester. Fortunately, CJ took my first phone call and was able to walk be through several good options at Tucson Subaru. I spent pretty much the whole day there, including unloading and re-loading the rented minivan with all of my stuff in it. Easily be best experience ever buying a new Subaru (I have bought 4 new ones and too many old ones to count!) More
