It's a little bit strange being in that position having been in the service business myself for 39 years. I know how hard it is to deal with and please people of all types. His is one job I would have a hard time with, but Jason made it so easy on us and also for your dealership. I'd have to say it has been othe most enjoyable purchase I've made in many years. My wife Ginger is not one to go shopping for cars let alone a purchase of this type and cost. She hates dealerships and salesmen in general, so seeing how Jason took control of the meeting with us and quickly generated trust, compassion and a feeling of good will, I have to applaud him with utmost admiration.
