Carlos was a great sales person, he never pressured us. We said we wanted to go home and talk it over, and he said fine. Well, 90 minutes later we called him and said we are on our way. The only thing was they were short handed so it took longer for them to detail the car. Carlos apologized and gave us a couple of options, so we drove home & he brought us the car when it was done.
