Worst experience in my car buying history I went in to test drive a vehicle and also get a trade in value of my current vehicle . While I was doing the test drive they traded my car without my I went in to test drive a vehicle and also get a trade in value of my current vehicle . While I was doing the test drive they traded my car without my consent then have the nerve to tell me they can’t reverse it because it’s already process in the system . After hours of going back and forth I was forced to get into car which I leased . They went over the paperwork and contract and then behind my back the added a brunch of extra stuff Again that I didn’t not consent to to raise the payment value. When I went home and realized that this wasn’t the contract I signed I went back there the same day . The finance manager reviewed the contract with admitted that somebody on their end messed up , but even thought they admitted fault I was by Francisco Garay that I’m out of luck . They refused to correct the error that they did even though i returned a few hours after picking up vehicle . I am currently taking legal action . I would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy . More

Absolutely Amazing!! Carlos is an amazing salesman. I came into this dealership with high expectations and thinking I would not walk out with what I wanted within my budge Carlos is an amazing salesman. I came into this dealership with high expectations and thinking I would not walk out with what I wanted within my budget. I must say I walked out of there within my budget and an extremely happy customer. I've been to many dealerships in the past, but I honestly must say I would not want to deal with another salesman after dealing with Carlos. I normally do not do reviews, but I definitely want people to be aware of the great person and salesman Planet Honda hired. He listens and answers all your questions. He is realistic but, does his best to keep you within your budget. Additionally, he is an individually with a great spirit. My husband and I walked out with 2 cars and very, very happy. Thank you again Carlos and Luis (the Sales Manager) for providing us with excellent service. We hope to make future business with you both again. God Bless!! More
