Well , we had another serious problem with our 2012 Limited Sonata! This is a big thing because I have serviced this car perfectly! My husband drove our crippled Sonata to the dealership! This time Limited Sonata! This is a big thing because I have serviced this car perfectly! My husband drove our crippled Sonata to the dealership! This time Travis was our service writer. He took charge perfectly picking up the service from where Carlos left off. During this experience we were helped by a big team consisting of Courtney, Travis and Carlos. I know I'm missing some other names but I do remember the help you gave us! It took awhile but once again the engine was replaced under warranty. We are grateful to all that helped us! They provided us with a rental car since our only car was at the dealership for quite awhile. We'd check in from time to time but soon learned we didn't need to drive to the dealership. It was a process that involved the cooperation of their corporate office. We are so happy to have our car back! It's sleek, clay bar cleaned and sparkles. People often ask what year is it and are amazed it's a 2012 with over 210,000 miles on it! Maintenance is so very important! Thanks to all of you! We are very grateful!! More

Service center is shady and will falsify your maintenance I’ve been coming here for a year to get my older Hyundai serviced. I’ve serviced my car with other Hyundai dealerships and this place maintenance I’ve been coming here for a year to get my older Hyundai serviced. I’ve serviced my car with other Hyundai dealerships and this place has the laziest technicians I have ever encountered. They will NEVER do a multipoint inspection not as thorough as other dealers. Case in point, they have NEVER checked my battery. When I asked the service advisors, they said that you would have to explicitly tell them to check the battery. If that is amount of attention to detail they put, then you already know they don’t give a f*** about your car. Eventually my car battery died in the middle of nowhere and I had to scramble to get jump started. That situation would have avoided if they just check the battery like normal dealerships. I don’t know if it’s the service advisors or technicians not doing their jobs. In the year that I had been getting serviced here, they NEVER TOPPED my fluids. Coolant and wiper fluid were almost empty a year after I started getting serviced here. When I came in recently, I explicitly told the technician to top of my fluids, which I was assured they will. When I came back to get my car after it was done, I popped open the hood and lo and behold, my fluids were still low. That just shows you how they can say one thing and actually not do it. I wonder how many of the oil changes they actually did in the course of the year. This is dealership is just so blatantly deplorable. More

This is the best CAR--not just Hyundai--dealership my daughter and I have been to in twenty years; we’ve been to many! The clean and spacious infrastructure is certainly nice, but the customer service is daughter and I have been to in twenty years; we’ve been to many! The clean and spacious infrastructure is certainly nice, but the customer service is phenomenal. We happened upon this dealership a few months ago because of an emergency service issue, and the amazing service team (led by Carlos) inspired us to drive forty miles one way for a new car purchase yesterday. Wow! What an impressive experience we had with Brad, Ryan, and Chris. Brad's work ethic, confidence, and humanness put us in a wonderful mood before we even arrived at the dealership--then the teamwork between Brad and Ryan once we got there created a comfortable, trustworthy, and enjoyable atmosphere throughout the paperwork process, which they made sure was as quick as possible. Chris (finance department) then acted as the icing on the cake while he kindly, patiently, and respectfully took our money. =) Finally, Ryan made sure we drove off with all the information and care we needed even if he clearly had other things to finish. That wasn't it! Ryan emailed me several times today to tie up some extra/loose ends and to make sure my daughter and I were still satisfied. We will definitely be sending them more business. More
