Process was fairly easy but no explanation of service or warranty. Finance was a joke, Benny was not knowledgeable about using outside financing (USAA) and said I would have to wait a day if using outside warranty. Finance was a joke, Benny was not knowledgeable about using outside financing (USAA) and said I would have to wait a day if using outside financing and that it takes 45-60 days for the loan to fund. I find this hard to believe as the loan amount is already showing on my USAA accounts. Nobody explained the free service calls provided by Toyota nor was anything explained about the truck. I am also kind of upset about only being provided one key fob at the time of purchase and when I questioned Mr. Adorno about it he said I should have bought the green light bundle which would cover key replacement. When questioned if there were additional keys in the parts section he said there was and I could purchase one if I wanted to. I am pleased with the truck but much like previous purchases from Toyota of Rockwall the service leaves a lot to be desired. Over the years we have purchased 4 vehicles from your dealership and each purchase has issues. Hard to support local with the continued issues. More

When I noticed something was wrong with our car tire I was so worried it would cost us a fortune. Mick took great care of us and was so honest about what was needed for the vehicles safety vs what just co was so worried it would cost us a fortune. I went in expecting it to have a cracked wheel, bent rim, and need a new tire. However they looked at everything and all I needed was a tire, everything balanced well otherwise. They were flexible with when I could schedule bringing it in and made the whole process a breeze. I used the shuttle service to go to the craft store up the road while my vehicle was worked on and everything worked out great and went very smoothly.
