Wow - everything about this dealership was terrific. Second car bought here. And the salesman Tom Terrill. is just SUPERB. Two weeks ago I had my car in for service and the loaner was a new 8 series BMW Second car bought here. And the salesman Tom Terrill. is just SUPERB. Two weeks ago I had my car in for service and the loaner was a new 8 series BMW - $100K plus. The car took a little longer to get serviced. As a result I had to keep the loaner car an additional two days as I was caught in New York on business and my BMW M4 does not handle snow. They said fine. Not a single push back. In my 8 + years of working with them I have never had a single bad experience. More

After speaking with Anatoly for a few minutes on the phone I took the 45 minute ride over to the dealer. This is a family run dealer and that’s how they make you feel. I had asked about 3 cars but was leaning towards one, which turned out to be the one sales consultant recommended as well. The car was very well price, but he offered a slightly better price. Without a doubt I think I could have gotten a bit more off, but for me the transaction merited my sales consultant making a bit more. Financing was painless and swift. Everyone gave a feeling that they were just as excited as I was for getting the car. Felt like I was treated as a regular eve man though it was my first time in dealer. From calling , waking in and leaving with car, less than 24 hours. More
