They were very responsive from the Internet initial inquiry response person, Ralph, to meeting with the sales team, Vince the head of sales, and then with my dedicated sales advisor, Tom Terrill. Tom answered all my questions on the test drive and afterwards, there wasn't anything he didn't know about the specs and iDrive 7 software. He made everything very understandable and had some great pointers for how I wanted to use the vehicle features. Cathy the finance manager made the purchase experience painless, and explained everything in a clear understandable manner. More
