I bought a vehicle and The night I was test driving it to buy it, a finger button on the steering wheel broke. So the following Saturday I brought it in and they told me that I needed to get a new steering w buy it, a finger button on the steering wheel broke. So the following Saturday I brought it in and they told me that I needed to get a new steering wheel to replace it. They told me because it was $2,300 that they had to get it approved by a manager on Monday. As of this survey, It has been 6 days since that Monday, and I still have not received a call. I called today which is now 7 days since I took my vehicle in, and no one can tell me whether or not steering wheel or anything was actually ordered or done. I am also hoping that the paperwork they said they completed for my new license plate has been done as well because it is now being over 2 weeks and I still not received it after they told me it would only be a couple days. It also took the dealership 10 days to come to my old car but they said they were going to do the day after I bought it. And it was only after the car garage informed me that they were going to start fining me for the vehicle on the property because Elder Ford never picked it up. More
