Just took delivery of a 2022 Honda Ridgeline, our second vehicle purchase, from Valley Honda. Our salesperson Dominic D’Alesio was “over the top EXCELLENT” in reaching out to us regularly to provide updates on the progress of the production and delivery of our vehicle! During this time interval, we initiated a couple of tweaks to our order for additional options. When we picked up our vehicle, Dominic was prepared and fully explained how our quote had changed from our original discussions to the requested updates. Since we upgraded from a 9 year old CR-V to a brand new Ridgeline, Dominic was very expert in pointing out the differences in the dashboard, instrument panel and technology feature updates and upgrades. He took the time to help us connect our iPhones to the vehicle Bluetooth system and our garage door opener to the Home Link system.
