The overall environment of Valley Honda is great. I went to two other dealerships in the area and wasn't impressed by the competitors. Valley Honda has a very warm and welcoming feeling. I went to several dealers closer to my home before choosing Valley. After getting the typical run around, we reached out to Valley. Manager Jack Davis was our first contact. He actually made the process enjoyable along with Manager Nice Poole who was there the night we closed the deal! After we bought the car, Cesar has been very responsive to my questions as I learn the amazing (and sometimes a bit complex) technology on our new CRV-EXL.
