Cesar Tereso Service Advisor Cesar was the best Service Advisor I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Unlike other Advisors I’ve had in the past Cesar was very proactive. N Cesar was the best Service Advisor I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Unlike other Advisors I’ve had in the past Cesar was very proactive. Not once did I have to follow up with him because he always kept me up to date the entire time Ferman had my car. It was nice to not have to do my own job and someone else’s for a change! I would recommend Cesar to anyone taking their vehicle to Ferman BMW! More

Cesar Tereso is my current service representative. Just had my 535 i repaired today. Yesterday, all of a sudden, my driver door didn't open anymore after unlocking the car. I texted Cesar my problem; h Just had my 535 i repaired today. Yesterday, all of a sudden, my driver door didn't open anymore after unlocking the car.
