Very dissatisfied. too costly too often. Unlike any other I have had a total of four BMWs in the last 27 years and I have spent more time and money in less than two years than the last three combined. The ser I have had a total of four BMWs in the last 27 years and I have spent more time and money in less than two years than the last three combined. The service individual says that because of high mileage or unknown when parts will wear out. While true, all three of my three previous BMWs had 125,000, 117,500 and 138,000 miles respectively and if I add all the maintenance and repair bills, it won't add up to the amount I have spent at Ferman. I have essentially purchased a used auto with the costs. I have been a loyal BMW customer for almost three decades, my entire military career. I will not buy another BMW! More

Terrible Follow up I brought my 2007 BMW for service for 3 recalls they checked the car out did the recalls. When I got home When I started the car the next day the ch I brought my 2007 BMW for service for 3 recalls they checked the car out did the recalls. When I got home When I started the car the next day the check engine light was on with some other warning lights. I called the dealership back and was told to drop the car off next week. I explained that we need a car and was told my car is not a 2013 or newer so no looner vehicle. I explained that I bought the car at Ferman BMW. And he basically said it's to old. Very disappointed and I will never use a Ferman dealership ever again. My service agent Cesar was awesome the one I talked to on Saturday was awful. More

Awesome Service - New 330i - Great Birthday I cant even begin to express how much I appreciate the Ferman BMW team. I am from Orlando and have several BMW dealers close to home, but I choose Fer I cant even begin to express how much I appreciate the Ferman BMW team. I am from Orlando and have several BMW dealers close to home, but I choose Ferman BMW for any service or new purchases because of their great service. I have worked with Robert C. now for the lease of two cars and would not go to anyone else. He is very patient and takes the time to answer all questions with no rushing or pressure. Robert and team went over and beyond to make it super easy and stress free. I got exactly the car I wanted and the team walked me through the entire process. Robert, Cesar and Joe thank you.....you guys are awesome! More
