My car was having mtiple warnings for different systems all of a sudden, late on a Friday night Jamie got me booked for service and arranged for a loaner on a very busy Saturday morning when my main service advisor Nick Hawk was off. Nick communicated promptly Monday morning with explanation, proposed service and exact estimate. The service was done the same day and another potential issue needing attention in the near future identified. More

Cesar Tereso is the best! Cesar at Frrman BMW is my Service Advisor. He is a true asset to your company and he always gives the best in customer service! I always feel that he cares about my concerns with my vehicle. I would say he is very sincere. The entire BMW service center is a very pleasant experience. I love my BMW but I’m really happy that I go to Ferman BMW. More

Service experience Everything was done well. Two things would have made my experience much better to deserve 5 stars: 1) a follow-up call regarding display of mileage o Everything was done well. Two things would have made my experience much better to deserve 5 stars: 1) a follow-up call regarding display of mileage on my BMW app was promised a week ago. Have not heard from anyone. 2) More at the detail level - 3 of the 4 tires were missing tire valve stem cap. This should have been replaced. More

Courteous service Dept I had a leak in my rear tire. It was fully checked by Cesar. He said it was a temperature change that caused my dashboard to say there was a leak. Regular oil change took a whole day even with an appointment My appointment was for 8:30 am. I received a call around 5pm to let me know my vehicle was ready. I informed that it was bit late for me and I will My appointment was for 8:30 am. I received a call around 5pm to let me know my vehicle was ready. I informed that it was bit late for me and I will pick it up tomorrow morning. They told it will be ready with complimentary exterior was and vacuum. Neither was done. More
