Excellent Customer Service Cesar was outstanding. He kept me well informed as to the state of my service. He was proactive in getting the estimate for the new tires I needed. An Cesar was outstanding. He kept me well informed as to the state of my service. He was proactive in getting the estimate for the new tires I needed. And personally made sure that my vehicle was as close to perfect as possible when I picked it up. I highly recommend Cesar as a service representative. More

Be service and parts department I needed a spare key made and felt like I was the most important person there. They had my key made and washed my car all for a simple key. Great experience so far Cesar was great!! Getting in and out of service is quick. Great lounge area. So far they have my business from now on but that could change depending Cesar was great!! They did a great job on the car, treated us great, and made us feel very comfortable with a dealer experi Brought my sons 03' 325Xi in for some work. They did a great job on the car, treated us great, and made us feel very comfortable with a dealer experience. Returns calls very quickly, and very clear and concise on repair work. At one point even pointed something out something that was minor and not needed for immediate repair, but mentioned that down the road it could become an issue. Didn't feel pressured at all on repairs. Great Experience! More
