PJ and the whole crew were wonderful to work with. We wanted to pick our 4 Runner up as soon as possible and they made that happen. In order to make that happen the Runner came off the transport on Sa We wanted to pick our 4 Runner up as soon as possible and they made that happen. In order to make that happen the Runner came off the transport on Saturday morning after 11:00AM and it and we were through all the different departments that go along with buying a new car by 1:30. 1:30 was important to us because we had to be done by 1:30. It was the easiest and fastest we have ever purchased a vehicle and they were so great to accommodate our schedule. We made it to the wedding we were supposed to be at on time thanks to their great work. Not planning on buying another vehicle anytime soon, but if we have to Toyota of Des Moines and PJ will be our first stop. More

Our original salesman lied to us and had poor communication. I complained and was switched to a different salesman and communication improved.
