i would say my experience was average at best. I had several repairs done and i guess unforeseen things popped up which caused delays. I figured i would be out by noon, repairs started at 830. Finally around 330 they gave me a loner to go home. Names scape me but it seemed the mechanic worked very hard and the person behind the counter who has been there 20 was terrific at keeping me informed/ I am bad with names. He even offered to get me lunch but i said i would pass, thinking the work would be done soon.. If i had a real xxxxx i would complain that since my bill was over $1100, and i had a discount they mailed me they might have taken that off but that is my fault. So bottom line , i hope work is good. The staff was very good. VERY VERY VERY boring. What do you do for 7 hours. I did notice that when i alked the lot a sportage that had a price for $34000 and in my pocket i had a sticker from a kia i looked at in Stroudsburg for $29000, everything was about the same. Its no wonder you end me mail offering 6 or 7 grand for my car. I guess its just the way new car dealers are More
