This visit was for body work due to a truck tire tread hitting the front end of my car in rush hour. I called the One Number 761 1111 while continuing up I75 towards work. The McCluskey team responded by having a loaner car waiting for my arrival, helped me with my insurance claim, and I was back on the road, and made it to work on time! Where else can you find that kind of customer support? These people know what customer service and value means, understood my concerns, got the repairs done as promised and on time. Everything was absolutely great dealing with Chad in the auto body shop. We got sideswiped in a parking lot right before we left for vacation and Chad went above and beyond to accommodate us with a rental auto body shop. Chad has been great with the "incidents" our youngest has had since she learned how to drive. Whether it was fixing the broken mirror while her mother was out of town or repairing the dents in our cars after had since she learned how to drive.
