Matt was absolutely helpful and great during the entire process. Absolutely great service. Very helpful and want to make the process as smoothe as possible. Drove from St. Pete to Lakeland My easy phone conversation with Trey led me to drive over an hour to Lakeland to look at a used Jetta. Upon arrival, the vehicle did not meet my stan My easy phone conversation with Trey led me to drive over an hour to Lakeland to look at a used Jetta. Upon arrival, the vehicle did not meet my standards, but Trey was quick to work with me on a suitable alternative. We worked out a great deal without a lot of negotiating back and forth. Five stars. I did have to wait over an hour to start the paperwork which seemed a bit excessive, but it was a Saturday AM. Larry did an efficient and professional job once I finally got in front of him. Upon starting the vehicle to drive home, I noticed the tire warning light was on. I took it into the service dept and 3 of the 4 tires were over inflated by 20 lbs. Not sure why anyone would put 55 lbs. of pressure into sedan tires. Four stars. Overall, a good experience and I would purchase from Lakeland VW again. More
