Drove from St. Pete to Lakeland My easy phone conversation with Trey led me to drive over an hour to Lakeland to look at a used Jetta. Upon arrival, the vehicle did not meet my stan My easy phone conversation with Trey led me to drive over an hour to Lakeland to look at a used Jetta. Upon arrival, the vehicle did not meet my standards, but Trey was quick to work with me on a suitable alternative. We worked out a great deal without a lot of negotiating back and forth. Five stars. I did have to wait over an hour to start the paperwork which seemed a bit excessive, but it was a Saturday AM. Larry did an efficient and professional job once I finally got in front of him. Upon starting the vehicle to drive home, I noticed the tire warning light was on. I took it into the service dept and 3 of the 4 tires were over inflated by 20 lbs. Not sure why anyone would put 55 lbs. of pressure into sedan tires. Four stars. Overall, a good experience and I would purchase from Lakeland VW again. More

No haggle no pressure environment. They offer you their best price from the get go. Very friendly staff. Only question that I still wondered about was whether money factor on a lease is negotiable. Greatest deal I've ever seen on a car. Excellent Staff! First off, I cannot believe the deal me and my wife got on our new Jetta! Second, Michelle was extremely friendly and helpful! She actually cared about us, and wasn't just trying to "make a sale". Great genuine conversation, how it should be. Then the actual purchase of the car with Jared Miller the finance manager was exceptional as well. He made sure we understood what all the documentation was and what it meant to us. Overall, the professionalism and courtesy of Michelle and Jared had exceeded our standards. I would highly recommend anyone in the search for a new car to check out Lakeland VW. More
