Second, Michelle was extremely friendly and helpful! She actually cared about us, and wasn't just trying to "make a sale". Great genuine conversation, how it should be. Then the actual purchase of the car with Jared Miller the finance manager was exceptional as well. He made sure we understood what all the documentation was and what it meant to us.
