As I got there, all staff was attentive, and the environment was very welcoming. I was introduced to my sales agent, Chris, who was very communicative, concise, and efficient. His long-term experience in the industry, as well as his professionalism made me feel comfortable instantly. As a first time buyer, I was anxious about walking into a such big dealership; however, Chris listened to what I was looking for, and suggested me an amazing vehicle right away. He was very patient with my boyfriend and I, and gave us answers to absolutely everything. As a first time buyer, I wanted to avoid pressuring salesman, and wanted this to be an enjoyable experience, and Chris made that come true. I hope that his attentiveness, and all the effort he puts into his career goes unnoticed, because he’s truly such an amazing salesman. In addition, our finance guy was amazing as well! I do not know his name, but he had a pink button up with rolled up sleeves that had floral design. Me, my boyfriend and him had amazing conversation which lifted the tension of the not-so-fun financial conversations. Every single step of this purchase felt so casual, and I felt very well taken care of. The staffs were great, very quick when it came to the process on cleaning the car and getting everything ready for us. Chris T, rook very good care of us. He was the first to respond to my inquiry out of all the other dealership not to mention he send me a video of each vehicle I was interested in. Answered all our questions very quick and once we were there he had everything ready including the paper works. The biggest thanks to him in making this an easy process and taking his time to send me a video with information on each vehicle. Finance also did great by having everything ready and being quick too. We were able to enjoy the rest of the day down there. More

The dealership was very clean and organized. I was greeted right away at the front door by Tai who took me immediately to my appointment with Mark Korakas.
