I simply make my appointment online, and I'm assigned a familiar friendly service adviser, which means I have one point of contact who knows me and my vehicle. I'm always greeted upon arrival and it's so nice that each adviser takes the time to remember every customer. The waiting area is large, clean and has great amenities. I'm always in and out quickly, and knowing they provide a shuttle service makes it convenient for my schedule. No hassles, just great service. I've owned two Civics since being a customer here, and my previous 2013 was unfortunate enough to have a tree fall on it AND get rear-ended in the same year. Both times the car was repaired perfectly at the collision center. Both situations were very stressful, but the repair process at Don Ayres made it easy and reassuring. I'd highly recommend this dealer- they truly care about their customers. More

When I took the vehicle in and talked with Chuck, he did everything he could to be accommodating to my needs. This happened the week before Christmas and even though the service department was very busy, Chuck made it a point to work my vehicle in for service. In addition, Chuck communicated with me on a regular basis and always made me aware of the next step in fixing my vehicle. My wife and I have been working with Chuck on all of our vehicles needs for the last couple of years and I can definitely say I feel like he is taking care of us and not trying to make an extra buck on our service calls. I would definitely recommend taking your vehicle to the Don Ayres Service Department for all of your vehicle needs. More

Purchase of an Odyssey // Ongoing Service of 2 Hondas I have had several poor experiences taking my vehicles to "quick lube" centers and local shops for both routine and non-routine repairs. Those places I have had several poor experiences taking my vehicles to "quick lube" centers and local shops for both routine and non-routine repairs. Those places are certainly cheaper...at first. Many don't keep ongoing service records, and those quick lube centers seem to always end up stripping the bolt on the oil pan requiring a pricey repair. Don Ayers handles things differently. Yes, you will pay more for certain types of service, but so far I have noted that the average price of service work has been usual and customary. On top of this, I get top notch service and a constant "What can we do for you?" attitude as opposed to the typical "Here's what I may do for you as time permits." Now, I have purchased a vehicle and have had them take over service on another and have been entirely happy at all points. Highly recommended. More

Excellent Service Department I scheduled my recent oil change about 3 weeks prior. The day prior to my oil change, I received a notice that the parts for my Ridgeline were in for I scheduled my recent oil change about 3 weeks prior. The day prior to my oil change, I received a notice that the parts for my Ridgeline were in for a recall. I thought in my mind that I would need to schedule a 2nd appointment. However, when I let Charles know of the parts availability, he volunteered to have the recall work done at the same time as the oil change. He even offered to wash my vehicle. I really appreciate his "can do" attitude! More

Great Service Department!!! Unfortunately my radiator, on my Honda Accord, got a hole in it and I was left on the side of the road one morning. However, I was able to contact Chuck Suter in the service department and he worked me into the schedule the same day. He had a radiator located and ready to be put in by that afternoon. Chuck has also been the family service guy when my wife brings in our Honda Odyssey. He does an excellent job looking out for our needs and taking care of our vehicle! We can always feel confident that our vehicles are being taken care and we are not being taken advantage of. More
