Consistent, Excellent Customer Service I have always received outstanding customer service from Jeremy Sullivan, Svc Advisor, as well as, Doug Settle, Svc Mgr. We have been customers since I have always received outstanding customer service from Jeremy Sullivan, Svc Advisor, as well as, Doug Settle, Svc Mgr. We have been customers since '05. Whether our Honda Odyssey was undergoing a major tune up or routine maintenance, Jeremy has been & continues to be an excellent communicator about what is suggested to maintain the vehicle and to keep it running in top condition. We are now on our 2nd Honda Odyssey. One of our considerations for purchasing this vehicle was due in part to Jeremy Sullivan, as well as Service Manager, Doug Settle. It is rare to receive quality customer service these days, let alone in the automotive industry, but these guys are top notch. (p.s. If Jeremy Sullivan wasn't available, I would not hesitate to seek out Charles Suter as my Service Advisor...he has also delivered great customer service). Thanks Honda team! More

Oil Change I got my 2013 Honda Odyssey serviced at Don Ayres. Not only was it quick, but it only cost me 12.95 for synthetic oil!!! They even washed my van. All my 7 transactions to obtain a new vehicle have been seamlessly organized, incredibly pleasant and leaving me feeling very happy to be parting with my hard-earned money. Not only do they deal in my favorite product, but they also supercede any other dealership in customer service: EVERYONE working there greets me with a warm welcome.... and it feels sincere.... every single time. I am treated with the utmost respect. They cater to my every need. Even when having my cars serviced, they offer various options for my comfort/entertainment as I wait.... many off-site, to which they provide transportation. No matter what my business is there on any given day, I always leave happy! After 30 years of choosing Don Ayres Honda, they certainly feel like home. And, they continue to serve even better with every year! The salesman that helped me with my last 2 is the most awesome... Andy Hitzemann.......like dealing with family. I GREATLY APPRECIATE Charles' "Customer is Valuable" service I wish to begin with saying my delay in doing review has no bearing on the excellent service I received back on October 20 & 21. This is all attri I wish to begin with saying my delay in doing review has no bearing on the excellent service I received back on October 20 & 21. This is all attributed to my conversations & service from Charles Suter. This began on October 20 when I explained to Charles what had been going on with my car since October 16. Naturally he couldn't really do anything till the car was towed and delivered by tow company. Charles advised me when the car arrived. Even though the appointment was scheduled for 10/21 Charles started addressing issues on 10/20. For that I am extremely grateful. This was at 3:15 PM. At 3:27 PM I received a call from Charles advising the green immobilizer light came on when he tried to start with key that came with tow truck driver. Charles made arrangements with Dave the shuttle driver to come to my residence to pickup the rest of keys I had in my possession. Again, good service by Don Ayres Honda as Dave the shuttle driver called to confirm when he would be arriving. At 5:12 PM Chuck advised none of the other 3 keys with key fob work. Charles stated he would get back to me next morning (10/21) 10/21 10:09 am Charles called to advise the immobilizer system had lost its memory on all the keys. He advised they would need to reprogram the immobilizer. He quoted me a price for time only - no parts. He confirmed I wanted them to run diagnostic. I asked him to replace batteries in key fobs and check left map light. 1:09 PM Charles advised the oxygen sensor was unplugged. Gave me pricing on balance of items above I had mentioned. I did not note the times of rest of the events that day but the shuttle driver picked me up, took me to Don Ayres and I picked up my car that was finally running again! After paying my bill and going to my car I discovered I had no radio channels. Charles very willingly came out to my car and obtained a code and went back in to dealership and looked up something on computer. He returned to my car and in a matter of moments I had all my radio channels back and was soon to be on my way in my car. I GREATLY APPRECIATE Charles' "Customer is Valuable" type of attitude. He was quite proficient in the way he began addressing issues the day car was delivered. If he had not been on top of things I realize I could have been yet another day without a car. He began addressing issues on 10/20 as soon as car was delivered and kept me updated with all issues. More

Everytime we plan to purchase a new vehicle, we do look around at other dealerships, but we always come back to the Honda brand and the Don Ayres dealership! We come back because of the outstanding, friendly service provided by every department. I want to say that our dealings with Doug Settle have always been exceptional. Doug has solved lots of issues for us and we are grateful for his expertise. He has a very strong work ethic and really, really cares about his customers. Charles Suter is our service manager for our cars. He is also top-notch: friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. The service on our cars is always done right. Problems are diagnosed correctly the first time and then taken care of without return visits. We appreciate the peace of mind which comes from being a member of the Don Ayres customer family!! More
