Bad experience. Advertised a year of Sirius but did not deliver. Truck had a bad battery and I had to wait 3 weeks to get them to fix it. Salesman (Charlie) was nice More

I spoke to a manager right after the sale and although he "heard me", he was unwilling to do anything. I suggested $100 refund for the Sirius, since he said 1 year subscription was not possible, and I had it in writing. I would have been a satisfied customer, (tbh, i was expecting a check), especially since I paid full asking price.
