Great place to buy a car Smitty is great salesman to work with and always enjoy just chatting with him when I stop in for service. We have bought 4 cars from him and always had a great customer service and enjoy working with him. I appreciate his sales ability and his honesty in knowing the cars and going over every aspect so you feel confident when you drive off the lot. Along with Smitty we have enjoyed working with many people at Village VW because they take great care of you and pleasant to deal with. Thanks Smitty & the staff at Village VW! More

What a turn around ! I recently posted a review about my 20,000 mile service. I had an awful experience no doubt.After sharing my experience with the General manager , he I recently posted a review about my 20,000 mile service. I had an awful experience no doubt.After sharing my experience with the General manager , he completely vindicated this establishment. He listened to me about my experience ,apologized for the staff and had me talk with Charolene to make things right. Let me just say this woman is Amazing and may be the very best asset Village Volkswagen has ! She arranged for my car to be picked up at my job,brought me a loaner, fixed all recalls , and had it detailed. She also stayed in communication with me about everything they was doing to my car.After everything was finished my car was delivered with a full tank of gas.These staff members were Amazing and treated me with nothing but respect as if I had made a $40,000 purchase from their company and they appreciated me ! Old Cars Get Love Too I took my old dirty '07 Jetta in because it's ignition went rogue. They were friendly and as quick as possible and I even got an oil change in while i I took my old dirty '07 Jetta in because it's ignition went rogue. They were friendly and as quick as possible and I even got an oil change in while it was there. But Wait there's more. When I got it back it turns out my oil pump was dying and although I was upset, these things just happen. Charolene was not only informative but extremely nice and helpful for the entirety of my visits. Village has taken good care of me and my family and I hope they continue years ahead to be as upstanding and successful as they are now. More

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I would like to express my appreciation for the excellent customer service which I received from Village Volkswagen. On 04/23/2019 I dropped my 2012 V I would like to express my appreciation for the excellent customer service which I received from Village Volkswagen. On 04/23/2019 I dropped my 2012 VW GTI for it's 80,000 service. I was told that my car would be ready around noon which was no problem for me. My car was completely serviced, washed and ready for pick up at 9:30am. Thank you Charolene Smith. YOU ROCK!!!!! I would also like to thank Jacob Widener, Jenna Whitehead and the service tech for their excellent service. I've received nothing but 5***** (star) service from Village Volkswagen. Buying, trading and training for 2018 Tiguan I received several very nice e-mails from Village VW regarding my 2014 diesel Passat to see if I would be interested in trading for a newer VW. I went I received several very nice e-mails from Village VW regarding my 2014 diesel Passat to see if I would be interested in trading for a newer VW. I went to the dealership on Monday afternoon, April 15, and, after very cordial conversations with Brian Johnson, Jim Graves and Lynn Wood, we came to an agreement to trade my Passat for a "Loaded" Tiguan. I also met with Chris Hayden to discuss financing the new car and was very impressed and pleased with all of his assistance in arranging my financing. Around 5 that afternoon, I drove off the lot with my new Tiguan. On Wednesday morning, I returned to Village VW to give them the title and second key to my Passat. I was also able to meet with Lynn Wood and received invaluable help in learning how to "deal with" several of the many features of my new Tiguan. I also went to the parts department and ordered a set of "windshields" for the doors on my Tiguan. I don't remember the name of the gentleman who helped me in this order but he was equally as courteous and cordial as everyone else had been in this process of buying my new car. I went back to Village VW on Friday morning for an appointment I had made with Charolene Smith in the service department and they installed the "windshields' on my new car. I could not have been happier with this entire week of help from all of the great staff of individuals I worked with at Village VW and I can't recommend this dealership highly enough. In most surveys, ratings are from 1 to 10 with 10 being the highest. Insofar as I am concerned, 10 is not high enough for the personnel at Village VW, And I so look forward to having my new car serviced during the many years I anticipate driving this new Tiguan. More

Katie was great Ask for Katie when you go to Village Volkswagen! She was so helpful and not pushy at all. I wanted to look at the new Atlas and she showed me all th Ask for Katie when you go to Village Volkswagen! She was so helpful and not pushy at all. I wanted to look at the new Atlas and she showed me all the different options and packages. She answered all my questions. In the past when I've bought new cars, I always thought it was a hassle, but Katie made it stress free. Katie was a pleasure and a joy to work with. I highly recommend her. More

Followup to 50,000 mile service On Saturday, March30, I took my 2014 VW Passat in for the 50,000 mile service. I had made my appointment with Jacob Widener but he was not scheduled On Saturday, March30, I took my 2014 VW Passat in for the 50,000 mile service. I had made my appointment with Jacob Widener but he was not scheduled to work on the Saturday I took my car in so I was helped by Charolene Smith. During the service, it was discovered that I had an exhaust part that needed replacing--and it was still under warranty. Charolene told me the part had to be ordered and she would call me when it was in. I heard from Charolene on Wednesday, April 3, that the part was in so I scheduled to take my care in on Friday, April 5. I had been told it would take about 2 hours to do the work..During my stay in the very comfortable waiting area, I had some wonderful hot popcorn--my favorite vegetable--along with a diet coke. To my delight, the work on my car took just over 1 1/2 hours so I was able to leave well ahead of the 2 hours I had anticipated having to wait. During the time I was waiting, I was informed both by Jacob and Charolene of the progress being made on my repairs. When my car was ready for me to leave, Charolene went over everything that had been done on my car and I left feeling well informed on what had been done as well as being confident that I would have no other problems with the exhaust work that had been done. I so greatly appreciate the work done by the individuals in the service department who fixed my care but also the assistance I received from both Charolene and Jacob. And yes, I would highly recommend Village Volkswagen for any auto repairs needed. More

Poor unreliable service department I went in to schedule my 2015 Passat TDI for the phase 2 recall & airbag recall. Service advisor told me it would take 2 days & they would not provide I went in to schedule my 2015 Passat TDI for the phase 2 recall & airbag recall. Service advisor told me it would take 2 days & they would not provide a loaner car. I told them it was my only car & this was not an option. I had the recall in the car so I called VW customer service. 2hrs on the phone passed around and was told dealer had to provide a vehicle. Dealer called back week later on Thurs to say they had a loaner. I took in and was again told 2 days. I told them to change the oil bc due to timing i wouldn’t have time to change before an upcoming trip. I called on Monday to check on car. Parts on order. Why didn’t they have parts before they scheduled me? I got the call Wed that car was ready. Picked up car and oil not changed. Excuse that technician was not provided work order. What? I just left then reality steering wheel is not aligned after airbag change. Now I have to deal w this incompetent service group again. More

First Class Treatment During the past couple of weeks, I have had several occasions to take my care/my wife's car to Village VW for various needs and on each occasion I hav During the past couple of weeks, I have had several occasions to take my care/my wife's car to Village VW for various needs and on each occasion I have received the utmost in total courteous, professional and excellent assistance. I had to get new tires for both cars on different trips, took my wife's car in for the 60,000 mile service and to have "windshields" installed on the four doors, and also to have the "windshields" installed on the four doors of my car on another visit. In every instance, the service I received was outstanding. I was able to bet advance appointments for each of these services, was warmly greeted each time I arrived to my cars. All of the members of the "upfront" service department staff were always most cordial in welcoming me to Village VW, calling me by name and asking how I was doing. They really made me feel as though they were glad to see me and eager to help with whatever I needed. More
