He also seemed very disengaged in the sale of the car. Dmitry was and still is the most unpleasant man we have ever encountered at a car dealership. Before we arrived at Acura, we had many pleasant dealership experiences, but chose Jackson Acura due to a friends recommendation. Dmitry speaks down to women and has terrible communication skills. He is the reason that we will not recommend Jackson Acura to others. More
