He listened to my needs, preferences and took my driving experience into consideration when selecting which cars to have me test drive. Aaron Latham & Chevist Mitchel (sales): Absolutely no follow-up. Impossible to reach anyone on the phone ….even if is just fro a question or two. Called from the waiting room and still won’t pickup the follow-up. Impossible to reach anyone on the phone ….even if is just fro a question or two. Called from the waiting room and still won’t pickup the phone even though they were at their desks! Extremely frustrating and disappointing. Lack luster performance. Parts: can’t reach anyone there other. FINANCE; unreachable,it’s not like there is Aline of people waiting outside their doors to finance a car. They just can’t be bothered to pick~up their phones.
