I have purchased many new cars at various dealerships, and this was by far the best and easiest experience I have had. My initial call to the dealership to verify the car was available was answered by Ali and this was by far the best and easiest experience I have had. My initial call to the dealership to verify the car was available was answered by Alize Tucker. She went above and beyond by offering to go to the lot and physically make sure the car was there, and then offering to send me more photos of the car, which she did. After we verified the car was available, she handed me off the a salesperson, Chico Gonzales. Chico was a joy to work with. Not pushy. He just wanted to make this was a great experience for us. Not just that, when we arrived at the dealership, the car was already detailed and sitting under the canopy at the front door ready for a test drive. After leaving the dealership, my wife even commented about this being a fabulous experience. P.S. Very dog friendly environment as well. We had our little teacup poodle, Paisley with us as well. She enjoyed herself too... More
