I have purchased many new cars at various dealerships, and this was by far the best and easiest experience I have had. My initial call to the dealership to verify the car was available was answered by Ali and this was by far the best and easiest experience I have had. She went above and beyond by offering to go to the lot and physically make sure the car was there, and then offering to send me more photos of the car, which she did. After we verified the car was available, she handed me off the a salesperson, Chico Gonzales. Chico was a joy to work with. Not pushy. He just wanted to make this was a great experience for us. Not just that, when we arrived at the dealership, the car was already detailed and sitting under the canopy at the front door ready for a test drive. After leaving the dealership, my wife even commented about this being a fabulous experience. P.S. Very dog friendly environment as well. We had our little teacup poodle, Paisley with us as well. We purchased a 2021 GMC Sierra AT4 from Harry Robinson Buick/GMC on 7-7-21. I sent an inquiry about the vehicle on 7-6 via their website and received a return phone call around 8:30 on 7-7 from Alexis Jam Buick/GMC on 7-7-21. She was very helpful with getting our trade appraisal done through pictures and conversations, and was able to hold our new pick-up until we could make it to their dealership which is an 1.5-2 hours away from us. We were willing to make the drive because they had the vehicle we were looking for and Harry Robinson Buick/GMC is, in my opinion, one of the honest dealerships that is not marking their MSRP’s up on their new vehicles. Once at the dealership we were set up with salesman Chico Gonzalez who was very helpful in getting us the truck to drive and proceeding with the purchase process. He was even able to assist us in getting a first responders discount as well! Our delivery Coordinator was Adriana Burton. She was very thorough and knowledgeable about the vehicle. She was able to show all the ins and outs of the vehicle, much appreciated! Their finance guy Jon was also a great help. He moved the financing portion along quickly and did not try to push us into purchasing extras that we were not interested in. All and all it was a great experience and I would highly recommend Harry Robinson Buick/GMC in Fort Smith if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle.
