We purchased a 2021 GMC Sierra AT4 from Harry Robinson Buick/GMC on 7-7-21. I sent an inquiry about the vehicle on 7-6 via their website and received a return phone call around 8:30 on 7-7 from Alexis Jam Buick/GMC on 7-7-21. I sent an inquiry about the vehicle on 7-6 via their website and received a return phone call around 8:30 on 7-7 from Alexis James. She was very helpful with getting our trade appraisal done through pictures and conversations, and was able to hold our new pick-up until we could make it to their dealership which is an 1.5-2 hours away from us. We were willing to make the drive because they had the vehicle we were looking for and Harry Robinson Buick/GMC is, in my opinion, one of the honest dealerships that is not marking their MSRP’s up on their new vehicles. Once at the dealership we were set up with salesman Chico Gonzalez who was very helpful in getting us the truck to drive and proceeding with the purchase process. He was even able to assist us in getting a first responders discount as well! Our delivery Coordinator was Adriana Burton. She was very thorough and knowledgeable about the vehicle. She was able to show all the ins and outs of the vehicle, much appreciated! Their finance guy Jon was also a great help. He moved the financing portion along quickly and did not try to push us into purchasing extras that we were not interested in. All and all it was a great experience and I would highly recommend Harry Robinson Buick/GMC in Fort Smith if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle. Thanks again to Alexis, Chico, Adriana, Jon and everyone else that assisted with our deal! We are satisfied customers! Chuck and Lindsey More

What a TEAM - the Best ! Chico was very knowledgeable and did a great job describing our new Buick. He took the time we required to answer all of our questions. Joey was exceptional in closing the "dea and did a great job describing our new Buick. He took the time we required to answer all of our questions. Joey was exceptional in closing the "deal". He also took the time we required to either answer our questions or found someone at the dealership that could. This is the third vehicle we have purchased with Joey and we consider him a great salesman, but more importantly a Friend. And Adriana went over every option of the car and explained all of our questions in detail. All three left us feeling comfortable and gave us their numbers to call them if we had any questions. We couldn't be any happier. More
