I came in for a regular oil change and I had googled the service hours. When I arrived I realized that the hours listed online are incorrect and I had arrived at closing time. Chip and his team not only did what I asked… Which is an oil change but did a full inspection of my car and found a nail in my tire and patched it. I felt horrible and offered to leave upon arrival but Chip assured me I was fine. This is one of MANY instances Chip has went above and beyond for me.
