Service Advisor, Chip Smith went out of his way to help me purchase a used truck for my son. I called him and asked if I gave him a vin number could he look up the history of that truck. I called him twice me purchase a used truck for my son. I called him and asked if I gave him a vin number could he look up the history of that truck. I called him twice and the first truck he told me to pass on that vehicle because it had had a lot of transmission problems. The second truck he told me everything looked great and that there were no issues, as far as he could see. So I ended up purchasing that truck from a, for sale by owner. So far I've had great luck with my new truck. I'd like to give a shout out to Chip, for going above and beyond what he had to do to help me out. It's employee's like Chip that make all the difference. When I go in now, he is always willing to help me. Thanks Chip!!!! More
