With one car in service for repairs, our other one too small for traveling with all our dogs, no pet sitter, and a newborn grandson in Chicago that we desperately needed to visit, we were in a really roug small for traveling with all our dogs, no pet sitter, and a newborn grandson in Chicago that we desperately needed to visit, we were in a really rough predicament. We needed to quickly trade in our only other small vehicle for a more appropriately sized one, fast. We are so thankful to have been introduced to Moses by one of your service staff. Moses was able to help alleviate our stressful situation by making the purchase of our new Armada the most pleasant car sales experience we ever had. He had such a warm and unpressurized demeanor that turned our uncomfortable situation into a most happy one. His product knowledge and professionalism is impressive, and we’re sure that Newton Nissan is very proud to have him on their team. We feel that we met a real friend at Newton that will last forever. Service Advisor, Chip Smith went out of his way to help me purchase a used truck for my son. I called him and asked if I gave him a vin number could he look up the history of that truck. I called him twice me purchase a used truck for my son. I called him and asked if I gave him a vin number could he look up the history of that truck. I called him twice and the first truck he told me to pass on that vehicle because it had had a lot of transmission problems. The second truck he told me everything looked great and that there were no issues, as far as he could see. So I ended up purchasing that truck from a, for sale by owner. So far I've had great luck with my new truck. I'd like to give a shout out to Chip, for going above and beyond what he had to do to help me out. It's employee's like Chip that make all the difference. When I go in now, he is always willing to help me. Thanks Chip!!!! More
