As luck would have it we ended up working with Chris, who had helped us find our daughter's car. After ordering my husband's Outback, we made the decision to move on sooner rather than later from my 2013 vehicle and 6 days after picking up his Outback I drove off in my Crosstrek. Chris Anselmo worked really hard to help get me out of a bad situation and into a new 2018 Crosstrek (which I love). I can't recommend this dealer enough. Everyone is so friendly, and the environment is low-pressure. This was the third Subaru dealer that I had visited, and they were by far the friendliest and most understanding of my situation.
