I purchased my last Honda from Valley Honda in 2011 and when I was in the market for a new car I knew that Valley would be the first and last call I would make. I had the pleasure of working with Julie Ols when I was in the market for a new car I knew that Valley would be the first and last call I would make. I had the pleasure of working with Julie Olson who made the whole experience of buying a car completely transparent and stress free! We were able to work out the deal over the phone and within an hour I had the preliminary contract with absolutely no surprises! Julie continued to reach out with updates since the car was in bound from the factory. I received a pleasant surprise from Julie that my car had arrived earlier than anticipated. When I arrived to pick up my car, Julie was waiting for me and the paperwork was ready and basically all I had to do was sign! I was able to complete everything in about 2 hours. Julie took me through all the features of my new CRV and helped to get my seat memory set and paired up my phone to the hands free. I had a 2-hour drive so I put down a deposit and Nick got everything else ready in the meantime. He made the process incredibly smooth, and his finance guy Chris B was just as efficient and straight shooting. All this on a Friday night before Christmas. Seriously, check with Nick before you buy a Honda, he'll save you time, money and headaches. Spent 3 months on a non-refundable waitlist at a local dealer and wish I knew it could be this easy before that. More

I recently purchased a new vehicle from Valley Honda and had a great experience across the board, especially with salesperson Scott Stevens. A coworker recommended Valley and Scott to me even though Valley had a great experience across the board, especially with salesperson Scott Stevens. A coworker recommended Valley and Scott to me even though Valley is further away than several other Honda dealers in the area. "It will be worth the trip," he assured me. Long story short, I'm glad I took his advice. Everyone I encountered at Valley made the process easy and free from a lot of unnecessary stress and pushy sales tactics. Scott Stevens was super helpful both in person and during several rounds of electronic communication about availability, features, and price. He is not just looking for a quick sale but is genuinely eager to help you find find a car that will meet your needs. He does a great job helping you understand and appreciate the distinctives of the vehicle you are considering and the Honda brand as a whole. Neither Scott nor his sales manager Jack Davis ever resorted to any of the pushy tactics you learn to watch for and guard against. They responded respectfully and promptly to my offer and we had a deal I was happy with after a brief, fact-based conversation about a fair price that could work for both of us. Finance manager Chris Barrera was great as well and didn't try to pressure me into additional products beyond what I was interested in. This was all a refreshing change from other experiences I've had when buying a vehicle. You need to do your homework and be prepared before you walk into a car dealership of any kind, but based on my experience and that of my coworker I would not hesitate to recommend Valley Honda and Scott Stevens to anyone in the market for a new Honda. More
