Instead, he gave us the time and information we needed to think things over and make the right choice for us. Valley Honda continues to impress us, as this is not our first time buying from them. They consistently offer very competitive pricing, move vehicles efficiently thanks to strong demand and fair deals, and provide reasonable trade-in values. I was looking all over Illinois and Missouri for a “Red” Ridgeline. I’ve been driving a few different ones, and even had talked to our local Honda dealer about buying one. I had no idea where Valley Honda Ridgeline. I’ve been driving a few different ones, and even had talked to our local Honda dealer about buying one. I had no idea where Valley Honda was located, but I requested a quote on a new 2025 Red Ridgeline BE , just to be inquisitive. This is when I was first contacted by Eddie Sanchez. I had plenty of questions for him. We made correspondence through Email, and eventually just by texting each other. I was blown away that I could get a Red one, but even more by the offer that was sent to me through Email. No pressure at all, and Eddie advised us through the whole process. This is our first time ever to purchase a vehicle online, but now, it will not be our last. I really want to thank Eddie and Valley Honda for helping us through this journey, and making it painless. Regarding my most recent purchase…From start to finish, I was treated with respect. There was no haggling. I asked for the best and final price and got it. After that, I asked for a price for my trade-in. Again, no haggling.I had already taken my car to CarMax for a quote, and Valley Honda came back with the same price, within $100. They didn’t care if I traded in my car or not. My salesperson, Pat Malik, was outstanding. He was beyond knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He kept saying, “I want you to be happy!” and I am! The service department is the best too! I have had all my cars serviced there for routine maintenance. I cannot promote them enough. So…when you are ready to buy a Honda, don’t go anywhere, except Valley Honda, and ask for Pat Malik. He has been there for 30 years! More
