Regarding my most recent purchase…From start to finish, I was treated with respect. There was no haggling. I asked for the best and final price and got it. After that, I asked for a price for my trade-in. Again, no haggling.I had already taken my car to CarMax for a quote, and Valley Honda came back with the same price, within $100. They didn’t care if I traded in my car or not. My salesperson, Pat Malik, was outstanding. He was beyond knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He kept saying, “I want you to be happy!” and I am! The service department is the best too! I have had all my cars serviced there for routine maintenance. I cannot promote them enough. So…when you are ready to buy a Honda, don’t go anywhere, except Valley Honda, and ask for Pat Malik. He has been there for 30 years! More

We got a call from Anthony 10 minutes after submitting an inquiry online and he was able to provide us with a great Out The Door price that they honored in full when we came by two days later to pick up the car. They worked with us to sort out financing applications and add-ons over email, so that all we had to do when we showed up was test drive the vehicle and sign the paperwork. They made it SO easy and SO straightforward, answering every single question we had with total candor and absolutely no pressure. The service there is exceptional.
