Thank you for letting us know about your recent service experience. We try to accommodate all customers with a BMW Service Loaner with jobs lasting over 2 hours. It is a daily challenge, I'm sorry to say, that is not perfect. We also offer shuttle home or to work, curb-side drop off rather than waiting in our Customer Lounge. We are sorry your service took longer than expected, we apologize for your inconvenience.
