Brought my pickup in because it was making a vibration in the drive train for diagnostic. I am not a mechanic so I thought bringing it into the dealer was my best option. They sent me their findings and a vi the drive train for diagnostic. I am not a mechanic so I thought bringing it into the dealer was my best option. They sent me their findings and a video which was the differential needed to be rebuilt. $3000 . I ended up ok’ing this. So they did the work and after almost a week they told me to come pick it up I picked it up and it was still doing the vibration. I live only a few miles away and I noticed it . So I brought it back. I was now notified it is the torque converter. Only another $3000 and they could fix it and this price was the shop rat otherwise it would be $4500 to $5000 . So they fixed it and when I picked it up they said it still has a noise at 35 mph and if it does not go away by 5000 miles bring it back in This has been the worst ordeal I have been through with a vehicular and I am 70. This whole situation took almost two weeks so this note is a condensed version DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!! More

When I brought it to the guys attention he just said "no one told me" Sounded like he didn't care. Makes me wonder how much on that list they do check. More
