My two favorite people in the service Dept. are Chris and Amanda. I can't say enough about their professionalism, their easy going manner that makes everything all better. It's never fun for me to bring the car in for maintenance/servicing, but I never leave dissatisfied with the service I received. They both are so very nice. I hope they will be well taken care of by Ray Chevrolet. They are keepers!! More

OUTSTANDING Customer Service. I drive a 2005 Cadillac xxx with 88K miles. I needed some maintenance and body work done on the car. When I initial spoke with TJ I let him the im I drive a 2005 Cadillac xxx with 88K miles. I needed some maintenance and body work done on the car. When I initial spoke with TJ I let him the importance of receiving an accurate assessment of the car. My hope is to drive the car for 5 more years. TJ and his team did a thorough diagnostic on the car. TJ presented the suggested repair work to me in a concise and understandable fashion. TJ kept me abreast of the progress on the car and provided outstanding guidance. I picked up my car on Saturday, August 23, 2023. The bodywork was beautiful and best of all, it felt as though I was driving a car that was at least 10 years newer! Thank you very much for the care and expertise provided. WHEN PICKED UP CAR, SPEEDOMETER not at zero, showing tire pressures. Is it too much for a worker to put things back the way they found things? Last time, the radio was all screwed up & I got stuck behind t pressures. Is it too much for a worker to put things back the way they found things? Last time, the radio was all screwed up & I got stuck behind the wheel because seat up way too far. You really want me to believe they do that to other customers? I had to get the service rep to help me from the front desk. Makes me very concerned for the actual work they were supposed to do. Almost went to another oil-changing place. More
