The Best Hyundai car-dealership in the area! We purchased our car from Pacifico and couldn't possibly have had a better experience. Here are the reasons why we thought they were the best among mo We purchased our car from Pacifico and couldn't possibly have had a better experience. Here are the reasons why we thought they were the best among more than a dozen car-dealerships that we visited across both New Jersey and Pennsylvania: 1) Great website with accurate breakdown of prices: Pacifico's website is user-friendly and lists the deals where you would expect to see them. They also have something very rare for car-dealership websites: For each deal, the Pacifico website gives you the breakdown of how much the car cost originally, itemizes each discount you're getting, and includes information about the reason for the discount so that you can calculate the cost of the car when you don't receive a discount that you're not eligible for. 2) Sold us the car for the true car best price: We found the best price on offer from Truecar for the Hyundai Sonata that we were interested in. The best price from Truecar was the deal on offer from Pacifico. Besides, the price that I got from the sales rep matched the price on their website, which in turn matched the price on TrueCar, so they get points for transparency. They also accepted our trade-in car for its KBB value. 3) Outstanding customer service: Folks at Pacifico are exceptionally friendly and are highly professional from the outset. Greg Glascoe, our sales representative, is affable and helpful, and helps make the experience of buying a car more pleasant (many other sales reps from other dealerships were sleazeballs!). Jason Oquendo, the manager, came across as honest and totally on top of things: he knows what he's talking about and he was able to handle all the more difficult questions we had (like how hard would it be to get the car registered in other states, how the down payments and car loans would work etc.). Since they're as good as they are, wait-times can be a little high, but you usually get your job done. 4) *Not* pushy: I know this still falls under customer service, but it deserves its own point! We liked the Hyundai Sonata that we saw at Pacifico, but we wanted to get the best deal, and we shopped around. We were honest with Pacifico that that's exactly what we were doing. In spite of that, they were never pushy and never asked us to 'grab the deal while it lasted' (like other dealerships did). There was only one time that they were 'pushy' in the least, and that's when they were trying to sell us some extra warranty, but they backed down quickly enough once we showed that we weren't interested. 5) Go out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction: Our license plates were coming in from a different state and we had temporary license tags. The license plates were delayed though because of a blizzard and we were concerned about having the car parked out on Philly's streets. We asked Greg Glascoe, our sales rep, if we could leave our car at Pacifico until our plates arrived and he was more than happy to do this (even threw in a free car-wash!). Pacifico stored our car for three weeks (for a week even after the license plates arrived since we were on travel and couldn't come take the car). Our experience with Pacifico was hands-down *the best* among the dozens of car-dealerships we visited across New Jersey and Pennsylvania. We endorse them 100%. More

GREAT CAR, GREAT SERVICE, EXEPTIONAL Experience This was my first ever Hyundai purchase and to be honest I was dreading to do it for days. The main reasons why I was prolonging the purchase was because like most of us I hate the car buying process. I thought I was going to get the usual car salesman sneaky procedure and then back and forth with numbers for hours to end the deal. I couldn't have been any more wrong. When I arrived I was greeted by Chris (Sales Manager) who didn't ask me the usual" how can I help you", but with a nice genuine welcoming. We talked briefly about how they do business here different than other dealers and when I told him what car I was interested in, he then set me up with the most knowledgeable sales consultant I’ve ever encountered. Lamont has been with the company for over 10 years and it showed! He had answers to all of my questions and even went out of his way to assist me even when someone in the internet dept. told me about a car that was no longer there. Lamont was professional, knowledgeable, and an all-around stand up man. Chris Harmer was also great, he helped get me the best price for the car and also explained step by step how he arrived at the prices and why. I already have friends that are interested in the Hyundai brand and I didn't hesitate to tell them to visit Pacifico Hyundai and ask for Lamont Dean. More

All aspects of the dealership are top notch...their customer service, sales staff, finance staff, service department, body shop, and internet department, etc. I strongly recommend them to anyone is the market for a Hyundai. Maria Pacifico is a lovely lady who is wonderful to work with. Her professionalism and attention to detail is excellent. Her leadership trickles down to every employee in the dealership. It's very impressive. She offers the best customer service in the business. This is why I am a repeat customer for the last 12 years. More
