I have said it before and will reiterate, if you need a great sales person who puts his all into getting you a great deal in purchasing a new vehicle with the extra perks, meaning if you purchase a new veh great sales person who puts his all into getting you a great deal in purchasing a new vehicle with the extra perks, meaning if you purchase a new vehicle with him you have free oil changes for the life time of the vehicle with continued ownership. I waited 3 months to get a vehicle from the factory and within those 3 months he remained in contact with me the entire time. He is knowledgeable about his vehicles and will spend the time and yes, no pressure, and he says his your manual after purchase and he stands by his word. Great salesman and there aren’t too many around. Right now I am having issues with my vehicle, no fault of his but he is working diligently to help resolve this issue. With all that’s going on right now with my brand new vehicle, I would highly recommend him as your sales person. He is the person you want to allow to take care of your investment. I’ve been buying vehicles from Mac Haik for years! I liked the selection. I thought pricing was competitive. I thought service was good. Service, in particular, has gone downhill. Chris is great! I’ve been trying since July to get a differential issue fixed. This is at least the third return trip. It is a warranty issue and GM finally agreed to replace the differential. Delay has been availability of loaner cars. I live in Kingwood…40+ miles away. I need a loaner car to leave my car several days. This was not a problem in the past. Now it is…every time! Think I need a new dealer! More
