I came in for oil change and state inspection on Friday, August 15th. I was call and asked to bring in my car for an appraisal for my 2013 Sonata. I obliged since I already had a service appointment booked August 15th. I was call and asked to bring in my car for an appraisal for my 2013 Sonata. I obliged since I already had a service appointment booked. I let the young man know the car was there. He came back to me with an appraisal for the wrong car. It was for a 2018 Sonata which I don’t even own for $11,500. The waiting room heard my whole experience with that. Then how convenient he told me the system was down and he couldn’t give me an appraisal on my car the 2013 Sonata. Lame excuse, since I know you are still going to find an appraisal if a customer comes in with a trade. I brought the car in with all lights working and was told my middle/3rd brake light was out, needed a $754 part. I called O’reilly’s when I left and the part was only $80. I declined the part because the light was never out. I left with a rejection sticker on my vehicle that should have passed inspection and wasted my time and I had to take it to a real mechanic to pass inspection. More time from work. I am sure you probably saw the rust spots on the roof of my car and the paint almost gone from the trunk. I have never been so disappointed that as good of a car this has been that Hyundai won’t stand behind the paint job and the engine is going to outlast the body. I have asked about a recall for this and have been told no. Toyota repainted my nephews Corolla and stood behind a faulty paint job. I think we have done a great job keeping this car maintained and it is a pity that all white Hyundai’s I see on the road are missing half their paint. I will not be returning to Southern Auto group for anything. It seems you have gotten a little shady since you bought out Hall. More

I have been going to SOUTHERN HYUNDAI for a couple of years now and the service is always wonderful. Easy to book online or in person and the service is speedy. BEWARE ! ! I have been bringing my car in for years for state inspecti and oil change. This year there was a $6.99 charge for shop supplies AND a $19.84 ch ! I have been bringing my car in for years for state inspecti and oil change. This year there was a $6.99 charge for shop supplies AND a $19.84 charge for Misc. supplies. My car was in the shop a little over an a hour and was charged almost $27,00 for shop supplies. This is insane maybe they are trying to make up for the free inspection on my Elantra. Service is good ,cost for shop supplies unacceptable. More
